HOW TO BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY!
Host a Private Workshop with your friends, co-workers or family!  Choose from a variety of projects for your group and pick your own date and time that works for your group’s schedule. 

Adult Parties:

Contact us below to coordinate a date. We do require a deposit of $100 to hold your date. Minimum for events are 8 people, Maximum 30. Once the date is set we will create a link, titled whatever you choose for your guests to register. Prices are based on individual projects chosen, everyone will be able to choose their own projects and customization. (Most projects range from $50-85) Deposit is refundable only once party minimum is met. If the party does not meet minimum or if the party is canceled within 30 days of the event deposit is forfeited. Our adult parties are 2-2.5 hrs. For those looking to have a smaller number inquire about a table reservation!

Kid's Parties:

Contact us below to coordinate a date. Children's Private events are offered onsite or offsite, Saturdays and Sundays 11 am, 1 or 3 pm. They are ideal for ages 6 & up, as they are drop off parties. The parties last 2 hours and are staffed according to the number of attendees. A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking, balance is due the day of the party.  Wood Rounds, Squares, and plank Package- $375 up to 10 kids + Birthday Child ($28 each additional child) 

In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 5 days prior to your event. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link. 

While we try to cater to custom requests, some customization will be an additional fee. We will contact you should there be any additional information or payments required.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
